EPIA Alexander, head of regulatory affairs ? Roesch (AlexandreRoesch) said: "The adoption of a legally binding target of 2020 proved to be a success in Europe, which for the 2030 replication is gaining more and more stand by. "

"By 2030 a new binding targets for renewable energy, will provide new investment needed to promote the photovoltaic field visibility, while relying on an unstable carbon price signal is not enough."

For the 2030 target calls for a positive gain some political momentum. Before Christmas, eight European Ministers of Energy and Environment to Climate Commissioner Connie ? HaiJiade (Connie Hedegaard) and Energy Commissioner Gunther ? Ottinger (GüntherOettinger) wrote an open letter calling for a 2030 target.

But some EU countries, including Britain, has just initiated emissions targets, and no renewable energy targets.
